The Central Alberta FASD Network is a non-profit organization offering community based, cost-free, and fee for service programs, to individuals impacted by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and their caregivers, across the lifespan. We are part of a system wide FASD Network model that has made Alberta a leader in service delivery, both in Canada and internationally. We offer education and training, outreach and prevention, and assessment and diagnosis services. We are seeking to fill a position for Red Deer and Surrounding Area.

**Job Summary**:
**Summary of Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and staff
- Answer the main phone line and manage website inquiries
- Arrange meetings, board presentations, event planning and travel arrangements
- Assist with preparing meeting agenda’s, materials and preparing minutes
- Assist with basic Human Resource and Accounting duties
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle filing, mail, scan, and fax duties
- Maintain and order office supplies
- This position reports to the Executive Director.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Secondary school diploma in office administration, related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years’ administration experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills, including typing and MS Office suite
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and tight timelines.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
- A vehicle and valid class 5 driver’s license.

The position is 35 hours/week, days, Monday - Friday.
