**We Are Looking For**

A **Project & Office Administrator - Red Deer Region **who is committed to providing administrative and project support for the Community Development Division.

This full-time, permanent position reports to the Vice President - Community Development Division, Red Deer Region and is a key member of our team.

**What You’ll Do**

**Office Management**
- Welcome visitors and respond to incoming calls, redirecting as appropriate.
- Manage all inbound and outbound mail and couriers.
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels.
- Assist with the coordination of meeting and events and ensure areas are tidy at all times.

**Project Administration**

Assist with general project administration, development approvals, financial reporting, and sales.
- Assist with community marketing and sales/market research.
- Prepare and monitor receivables and code invoices.
- Administer landscaping assistance program.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of farm leases.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of sale agreements and related correspondence.
- Monitor and report on the status of payments relating to the sales agreements.
- Track and maintain data relating to sales activities of lot and land parcels including maintaining price lists.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant office experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Superior diligence and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential records and information.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong PC skills and experience using Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
