**Great North, a Dril-Quip Company,** is a full-service provider of custom manufactured wellheads and supplies. We provide custom wellheads and valves machined to precise specifications or infield service, repair and industrial accessories.
We are recruiting for an **Office Administrator** for our busy **Red Deer Branch**. This role will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks and duties regarding office, administrative and accounting support functions.
**Hours of Work**: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, One-hour lunch
**Work Location**: In office full-time
**Wage Range**: $22-$24/hour
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Manage ordering of office supplies, office couriers, vendor support.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Other duties specific to the above.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Quick learner and comfortable with assisting a wide range of activities.
**Experience and Education Requirements**
- 2-4+ years of Administrative experience
- Small to medium sized business experience
- Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems
- High School Diploma
