As a team member, you will assist the Portfolio Managers and Financial Advisors in providing comprehensive professional financial services. Your duties will include administrative support to branch operations, Portfolio Manager, Financial Advisors, and their clients.

Specifically, you will:

- Foster and support client relationships by liaising with clients.
- Support client’s general day to day administrative requests in a timely and confidential manner.
- Coordinate client appointments, portfolio reviews and other meetings.
- Manage and process account documentation and liaise with our back office.
- Ensure all client paperwork is up to date, completed correctly and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Uphold all compliance processes and policies to ensure the safeguarding of client assets, their privacy, best interests and to maintain an effectively run practice.
- Assist in all sales and marketing initiatives.
- Support the preparation of client reports and mail outs.
- Prepare, edit, format reports, print letters, memos, and other materials.
- Review daily transactions, identify, and correct any problems/errors.
- Perform project-based work and a variety of general office duties as required.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work within time constraints
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner
- Requirement to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) within 6 months of hire and become licensed with IIROC as an IR (Investment Representative) within 12 months.
