**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Forklift Training/ willing to learn.
- Warehouse order pick up and drop.
- Day to day office work, such as driving in and out for supplies and fueling vehicles.
- Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Provide training development support for staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and reporting.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Support team management by coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications among staff.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in training development to facilitate employee growth.
- Solid clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
- Administrative expertise with a focus on improving office efficiency.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication.
- Team management abilities to foster collaboration within the office environment.
- Proficient in operating phone systems for effective communication.
