Energuy is looking for someone to join our administrative team as an Appointment Scheduler.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the supervisor, the primary objective of this position is to coordinate and schedule appointments for Energuy field staff and homeowners. (no sales or cold calling)

**Main Duties**:

- Call homeowners to schedule appointments
- Work in conjunction with other team members to promote a “Team Environment”
- Audit and follow up on outstanding jobs
- Answer calls from customers when needed
- Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
- Execute a “common sense” approach when working through tasks.
- Establish and maintain a positive rapport and relationship with contractors and clients.
- Attend, participate and communicate in departmental meetings
- Able to problem solve and utilize strategic thinking strategies.

- To schedule and route appointments accurately

- Ability to prioritize high volume of work in a fast paced environment

- Able to lift 20 LBS

- During a 7.5 hour shift, you will typically spend at least six hours sitting in continuous periods of 60 minutes or more

**Other**:

- Starting Wage $16.50 to $17.00/hr
- Benefits after 6 months

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous office and/or call center experience preferred

3. Minimum 1 year computer experience
