We may have been here a long time, and have the long-term employees to prove it, but we have also kept up with the times. Just a few years ago we had a major expansion and almost doubled the size of our automotive service shop. Along with our new and used sales departments, we have our own detail shop and our own body shop, giving us the ability to give our customers full service for their vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting Service Department customers in booking appointments.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Reviewing Customer Vehicle history and maintenance schedule
- Suggestion selling of necessary maintenance requirements
- Coordinating Customer needs with Service advisors and Parts departments
- Following up with past customers in the database.
- Other duties, projects, etc as requested by management.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Previous automotive service experience is an asset.
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Sales skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and extract data from information sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- sales: 1 year (required)
- automotive knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
