**Service Appointment Coordinator - Northway Ford Lincoln**

**Salary**: $16.00 - $19.00 based on experience - **Plus bonus plan**

Location: 388 King George Road, Brantford

Reports To: Service Manager

Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday

**We are seeking a Full Time, Service Appointment Coordinator to join our Team**

The Service Appointment Coordinators role is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, to deliver prompt and courteous service. We are in search of a Customer Service Expert that exhibits exceptional Customer Service skills, and is a highly motivated individual who can effectively handle incoming leads and create appointments.

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- Reynolds and Reynolds (AS400 platform) experience an asset
- Familiarity with service merchandising
- Superior telephone abilities
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- A pleasant and outgoing manner
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment

**What YOU will be doing**:

- Responsible for booking service appointments
- Coordinate appointments with the Service Advisors
- Conduct follow-up with customers
- Promoting the dealerships Service and Sales Departments
- Assist the Service Manager with other various duties assigned
