At Sirius Controls, we currently have an opening for a full-time position as an Account Receivable professional, and we are enthusiastically searching for a committed individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be vital in managing and maintaining our accounts receivable process.

**As an Account Receivable at Sirius Controls, you will**:

- Submitting invoices and billing statements.
- Uploading invoices to SAP Ariba, Cortex, Open Invoice, and Open Ticket.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer queries and resolving issues related to accounts receivable.
- Maintains and creates Excel spreadsheets with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections.
- Perform reference checks and set up new customers.
- Performs administrative tasks, preparing reports, maintaining records, and filing.
- AP Support
- Reception support.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years of Billing experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks desktop.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Open Invoice, Open Ticket, and Cortex.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
