We are seeking a well-rounded, qualified individual to join our **Accounts Receivable** team based in West Edmonton. This is a fast paced role responsible for working as part of a team to ensure the efficient, timely and accurate processing of payments to customer accounts. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send out invoices
- Process payments following established procedures
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Monitor customer account for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Assist our credit department with routine collections
- Resolve payment discrepancies
- Process adjustments
- Perform various administrative duties

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while adhering to firm deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong mathematical skills
- Team player
- Strong verbal and written communication
