**Job Duties**:

- To Issue Purchase Order, and Receiving Order.
- To Place order to Supplier and confirming the Releasing by Supplier.
- To Arrange Trucking for incoming Materials
- To Arrange Custom Clearance process via Freight Forwarder
- To Assist Calculating Cost, and Enter to our Inventory System on Time
- To Assist Day to Day Operation (Such as taking phone call, assisting walk in customers)

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English in Writing and Speaking
- Proficient in Japanese communication
- Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
- 2 Years Computer Experience (MS Office)
- Detail Oriented for Accuracy of all transaction processing
- Great in Time management
- International Logistic Work Flow understanding as an asset

**Hour**

Probation : 12 weeks

Monday : 7:30~16:00

Tues~Fri : 8:30~17:00

**Compensation**

Depending on the performances and experience

Optional Extended Medical Program available.
