Rove Concepts is currently on the search for a Junior Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

- Accurately prepare and execute purchase orders on a weekly basis, communicating effectively and professionally with supplier contacts
- Manage, prepare, and reconcile container data within the inventory management system
- Maximize order fulfillment through efficient management of pre-order holds
- Actively monitor and address demand/supply related problems, optimizing the inventory pipeline
- Evaluate performance of products and produce purchasing plans in accordance with findings
- Optimize inventory balances throughout multiple warehouse locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics and production
- Assist in conducting monthly demand forecasting activities
- Provide support in preparing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis on an as-needed basis
- Proactively improve existing processes to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant fields
- Prior administrative work experience or in a related field is a plus
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great collaboration skills and a team player
- Capable of identifying issues and problem-solving accordingly
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage a high volume of tasks and deadlines
- Strong fundamental skills in Excel with the ability to navigate through large data sets
- Adaptable to a fast-changing environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
