**Job Summary**
The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the inventory processes within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and implementing effective inventory control measures. The Inventory Manager will collaborate with various heads to enhance procurement management, streamline supply chain operations, and ensure that inventory aligns with production needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- Oversee procurement management activities, including sourcing and purchasing of materials.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage supplier relationships, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align inventory with production schedules and requirements.
- Analyze data related to inventory turnover, pricing, and supply chain efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain documentation related to contracts, procurement processes, and supplier agreements.
- Merchandising, managing store deals and marketing.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of procurement management, sourcing strategies, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation skills for effective contract management and vendor relations.
- Experience in inventory control techniques and best practices in manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and manage supplier relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records. This role requires a proactive approach to managing inventory while fostering relationships with suppliers and internal teams to support the overall operational goals of the organization.

Base Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
