**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and register patients, verifying demographic information and updating patient records.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage appointment calendars, and handle patient inquiries.
- Collect and process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, both electronic and paper.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and waiting areas.
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and faxing.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with PIPEDA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist with the cleanliness maintenance of the clinic.
- Assist medical providers and management as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Eager to learn medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is an asset (we use Telus CHR & JaneApp).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Certification as an MOA is a plus but not required.
