Office Administrator/accounts Assistant

**Position**: Accounting Clerk / AR-AP
**Location** - Mississauga, ON
**Anticipated start date **- ASAP
**Days**:
- Monday - Friday
**Time** - 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
**Pay Rate** - $19-20/Hr.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in accounting or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process invoices and billing accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Organize courier schedule for afternoon shipments.
- File tax returns and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform general clerical tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Common Office Administrator Job Skills
- Sorting and filing documents
- Maintaining office records.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
