Office Administrative Assistant

**Objectives of this role**
- To help with the daily running of the office
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Daily filing of A/P and receipts
- Matching credit card receipts and statements
- Employee Timesheets review
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, spreadsheets, forms and sorting.
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with other administrative duties
- Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services
- Prepare site maps
**Required skills and qualifications**
- Proven success in office administration
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Fleet Complete and LMN (Landscape Management Network) software
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- High School Diploma
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5A 1X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
