Inside Sales Administrator

Victoria, Canada Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. Full time

Our Victoria, BC team is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Administrator who will support our BC sales workload and administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for administration and overall support to Branch Managers and the System Sales personnel
- Complete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP system
- Assisting with invoicing and billing
- Assisting with reports and quotes including distribution and uploading
- Customer service duties
- Material ordering and receiving
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Schedule project construction workers, equipment and material
- Project and Service Coordination in a mechanical environment
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; or 2 years' working experience in an Inside Sales position
- Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in ERP Systems and advanced computer ability an asset
- Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset
- Knowledge of Fire Protection industry or NFPA codes an asset
- Inventory handling and purchasing experience would be considered an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually
