Job description

Commercial Lighting Products Ltd. is Canada's largest independent Lighting Wholesaler, specializing in energy efficient solutions. We have a customer base of over 25,000 clients who rely on us for one-stop, name brand, efficient lighting and electrical solutions. We are seeking an Inside Sales person to join our Victoria location. This is a full time Monday to Friday (8am-430pm) office position. Experience in electrical or lighting industries is a definite asset. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a team environment. Strong, positive and upbeat interpersonal skills preferred. This position has upward movement opportunities into other departments, including Outside Sales and Projects Department.
- Order entry
- Fielding incoming customer calls
- Providing assistance and service to walk-in customers
- Product sourcing
- Working extensively with a team of experienced Lighting Sales Consultants

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Efficient, reliable with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Professional and exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in English, written and oral
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Maintains composure under pressure
