Our growing company needs a reliable, organized, office assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Manage all incoming estimate inquires through Jobber and gmail.
Assist project coordinator with day to day duties.
Very light accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities
Answering phone inquiries
Collecting, organizing and uploading documents/receipts
Data entry
Scheduling
Social media maintenance
Clean and maintain office space
Some travel may be required
**What we are looking for**:
2+ years experience in an administrative capacity
Attention to detail HIGHLY IMPORTANT
Impeccable grammar and spelling
Intermediate computer skills
Familiarity with mobile technology
Pleasant, friendly disposition
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preference given to individuals with social media, website, design, or any facet of renovation experience.
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
