_**Office Assistant**_

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organize office and assist associates
- Enter accounts payable invoices
- Assist with Payroll
- Answer phone calls inquiries
- Greeting and managing visitors
- Organize travel arrangements
- Manage and order office supply
- Manage filling systems
- Perform Data entry as required
- Assist with shipping as needed
- Assist with office cleaning and maintenance
- Process payments
- Perform basic bookkeeping
- Handing Mail

**Skills and Qualification**
- Valid Driver’s license
- Experience in an office environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Sage
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Data entry
- Able to work individually and in a team environment
- Attention to details
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**
- Monday - Friday
- Day Shifts

**Salary**:$18.00-$25.00 per hour.
- Rate to pay to be determined by experience.
