Office Assistant

Overview:
We are a family owned and operated Commercial Tire shop looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our team. Need to be organized and detail-orientated, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities with ease and to provide excellence in customer satisfaction.
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite manner
- Answer inquiries and provide information and quotes to customers
- Ordering tire upon customer’s request
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 software
- Helping with inventory on a monthly basis
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or office administration
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Sage 50 or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with tire or Mechanical services would be an asset
- Valid driver license
- Physically lift about to lift 50 pound on occasion
Pay: $17.13-$24.39 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
