**Position Summary**:
1 year temp position covering maternity leave. Working 1 on 1 with our Hydrovac division manager. Providing clerical and administrative assistance. As well as working with our accounts payable/ receivable and payroll departments.

**Responsibilities/ Duties**:
- Working 1 on 1 with Hydrovac manager
- Reception answering phone and aiding callers
- Organizing and managing paperwork for daily Hydrovac utilization
- Data entry and record verification
- Typing, letter writing, quotes, and rate sheets as well document creation
- Keeping track of weekly, monthly, annual tasks required, following up on said tasks
- General office skills and duties, managing tight deadlines
- Abide by company policies and safety regulations
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality

**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
