**About the Role**: As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations with precision and efficiency. You will manage and analyze data, create detailed reports, and provide essential administrative support across various departments. Your work will ensure smooth operations and contribute to our commitment to exceptional client care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources using Google Sheets. Develop and maintain accurate, actionable reports for management.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with HR tasks, payroll, and market research. Support management with a range of administrative needs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ensure daily reports are accurate and timely.
- **Communication**: Clearly communicate complex information to team members and clients. Offer technical support as needed.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing company events and activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Your ability to manage high-pressure situations and your attention to detail will make you a valuable addition to our team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Slides) and other office software. Basic coding skills are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Some university or college education is preferred.

The successful applicant will have three scheduling options Monday - Friday
- 10AM-4PM
- 9AM-3PM
- 9AM-4PM
