**Responsibilities**
- Manage reception duties and daily office operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for senior executives.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable and receivable and the reconciliation of accounts.
- Provide support on administration of PO’s, CRM, expense forms.
- Coordinate corporate events and organize promotional merchandise and maintain inventory.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Provide support to the safety team with the procurement of safety supplies, documents, etc.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies, maintaining up-to-date records for internal audits.
- Support all aspects of the business and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Office Administration certificate or Business Administration degree/diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or office administration role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to successfully meet pre-employment conditions including A&D test, Criminal Record Clearance and Credit Check.
