**HR Coordinator - Hybrid, Langley, BC**
**Car required, not transit accessible**
Our client has a busy and fast-paced environment. They are in the manufacturing sector across multiple provinces and have a high-volume production environment. You will be used to working in a variety-filled day and being proactive and can anticipate things that may occur in the day. Once you are settled into the role, you can then move to a hybrid position with two days in the office. The start date can also be flexible, with the day ending no later than 430pm.
There is growth potential here for the right person.
**What you’ll do**:
- Write, create and post job descriptions
- Assist with onboarding, documentation and admirative functions
- Recruit for a variety of positions
- Enter payroll hours and information as well as administer company benefits
- Represent the company at career fairs and occasional travel
- Understands employment standards
**What you’ll bring**:
- 2 - 5 years of HR experience
- Previous recruitment experience
- Answers questions from employees
- Helps with onboarding
- Strong data entry, exposure to entering payroll (enter hours, timecards, work with accounting)
- Strong attention to detail as well as able to handle confidential information
- Independent worker who can work alone as well as collaborate with a team
- Able to flex when needed, adjust your day
- Post-secondary education in HR or similar
- Great computer skills, MS Office, able to pick up new software they use ADP and Excel
