Trotman Auto Group is seeking a talented **HR Generalist** to join our Human Resources team at Langley Chrysler

**About the Role**

**Schedule**: Full-Time; Monday-Friday (On-site)

**Compensation**: $63,000 - $70,000/year

The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

**Who You Are**

**Experience**: 3+ years in Human Resources
**HR Focus**: Experience with talent acquisition, onboarding, employment agreements, and OH&S
**Attitude**: Positive, extroverted, and comfortable speaking to groups
**Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using HR software
**Work Style**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

**What Your Day Will Look Like**

**Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
**Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process from job postings to interview coordination
**Onboarding**: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientations
**Employee Inquiries**: Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing assistance on policies, and procedures
**HR Systems & Reporting**: Generate and analyze HR reports, tracking key workforce metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making
**Reward & Recognition**: Conduct research and analysis of competitive compensation practices to support reward and recognition programs
**OH&S Compliance**:Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
**HR Projects**:Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance and expand HR initiatives and programs, driving efficiency and employee engagement
