**Job Summary**:
Dean-Lane is looking for an **Office Administrator/Bookkeeper** to join our team for a 13-month contract.

**Responsibilities**:
The duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Performing day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Receive, organize, stamp and distribute mail.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining, organizing filing system and performing data entry.
- Review all invoices and supplier statements.
- Perform weekly cheque runs.
- Perform general accounting duties in preparation for month-end/year-end.
- Perform and assist with general office duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of related experience in accounting.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with the Jonas accounting program would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 13 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
