Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Sage 300 CRE for bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
- Conduct account analysis and budgeting activities to support financial planning.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation for audits.
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
**Experience**
- Five years experience in an administrative role with a focus on accounting or finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Sage 300 CRE is essential.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks.
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
