With a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Bookkeeper to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

Administrative Duties:

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and roofing crews
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
- Prepare and manage service agreements and job documentation
- Order office and jobsite supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the management team

Bookkeeping Duties:

- Record daily transactions in QuickBooks or similar software
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end accounting
- Work with accountant to ensure records are tax-ready

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a strong asset
