We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant. In this position, the qualified person will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bookkeeping:

- Record financial transactions accurately using online QuickBooks accounting software.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
- Handle general bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Administrative Support:

- Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in scheduling, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Housekeeping tasks as needed.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

- Enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintain organized records for easy retrieval.

Financial Documentation:

- Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and financial statements.
- Verify and process expense reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of aviation industry procedures (preferred but not required).

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
