- Preparing auction catalogues and organizing sale details
- Editing and uploading photos for auction listings
- Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries
- Updating our website with current auction information
- Creating and managing posts on our Facebook page
- Collecting and processing customer payments
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Handling bill payments and performing basic banking tasks

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proficient with computers and general office software.
- Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
- Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
