A busy and well-established three-partner CPA firm in downtown Vancouver is seeking an assistant to support our Office Administrator during the busy tax season (March - May).
- **Responsibilities**_
- Provide general administrative support
- Provide reception services
- Prepare client invoices and issue cheques for disbursements
- Prepare and follow up on accounts receivable and collections
- Maintain and upkeep paper and electronic files
- Use Microsoft Office to prepares documents and memos
- Assist with the assembly of income tax return packages
- **Requirements**_
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Accounting knowledge would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $15.65-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
