We are hiring an **Admin Assistant **for one of our clients located in **Etobicoke, ON**. Our client is specific in providing immigration services to our clients' many different language and cultural groups.
**Job Duties**:
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Performs a wide range of executive administrative and executive support-related tasks to efficiently and effectively maintain workflow, communications, administration and operations of the Executive Director and leadership team.
- Coordinate Social Media platform deliverables.
- Handle inquiries (Corporate-wide matters) in a timely manner, responding to questions and concerns and extensive follow-up to ensure inquiries and matters are appropriately dealt with and addressed.
- Facilitate the day-to-day office management activities, office and housekeeping matters and office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Manage official correspondence both written and verbal for different stakeholders.
- Arrange (including the selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.
- Arrange special meeting facilities and prepare and distribute meeting materials.
- Provide office telephone coverage, take accurate messages, and handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
- Ideally 2-3 years of office admin experience
Location: Etobicoke
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
