Admin Coordinator Golf Company
**Objective**
To support the daily operations by providing efficient administrative assistance. maintaining organized records, and assisting with scheduling and office logistics to ensure seamless functioning of the Corporate Office. This role requires coming into the office.
- Assist with office visitors and daily interaction with clients in the office
- Assist with check in and necessary details related to meetings and office sessions
- Facilitate and host the client interaction each morning for two hours.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Managing communications for the executive team
- Book travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Organize office events, such as meetings, workshops, team-building activities, and celebrations.
**Media**
- Support activities for paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Provide month end reporting on website traffic and lead generation
- Support website activity and collect details for postings
**Databases, Operations and Accounting Support**
- Manage CRM, Google drive and information systems
- Input information into spreadsheets, databases, project data
- Organize and maintain vendor database
- Conduct research to gather information, data, or materials for projects, reports and golf related events, trends, and activities.
- Support accounting with expense analysis, tracking, reporting, receipt submission, and managing reimbursements.
- Support accounting and collection of needed information on projects
- Support purchases of materials and inventory of items
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in English and French or other languages a bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer knowledge and database systems including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of website and social media posting procedure
- An understanding of golf or a sports industry a plus
- Office participation minimum four days per week.
Pay: $41,188.55-$69,947.51 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday
