**Shipping & Receiving Coordinator**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager**, the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will manage all inbound and outbound product movement to support brewery operations and customer fulfillment. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with food & beverage handling requirements, and positive logistics partnerships.

You will work closely with carriers, warehouse teams, Production, and Customer Service to support on-time deliveries and optimal inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive inbound materials—verify counts, inspect quality, and process ERP transactions.
- Pick, stage, load, and prepare outbound orders for shipment with proper documentation.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate BOLs, pallet tags, shipping logs, customs/export paperwork where applicable.
- Ensure timely movement of packaging and ingredients to Production.
- Label and track goods following traceability and food safety standards (FIFO/FEFO).
- Support cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
- Report delivery variances, damage, or product hold issues to Production and Quality teams.
- Uphold safe material handling practices and maintain clean warehouse zones.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of logistics, warehousing, or shipping/receiving experience, preferably in food/beverage or CPG.
- ERP/WMS experience required; inventory accuracy focus.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift materials and operate material handling equipment safely.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
