- Currently, **Teltonika Canada** is looking for an ambitious **Logistics Coordinator** to join our warehouse team in **Scarborough**.- As a Logistics Coordinator, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties will relate to the shipping and receiving of Teltonika products and materials. Verify product details align with order requirements, prepare export related documentation with FEDEX/UPS online tools and ensuring customer orders arrive on time. In addition, this position will at times require kitting of materials to be sent to Teltonika’s partners or customers, as well as control/count of physical inventory and various administrative tasks.-

Potential team members should also have a willingness to learn, be coachable, and accept feedback in a positive manner.**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Receive shipments, sign off on paperwork upon receipt, ensure shipment is correct and undamaged by sorting and inspecting contents, (Physical Damages, Quantity, Part Number etc.)
- Package and process shipping documentation and customs forms for Teltonika deliveries to customers
- Maintain and update inventory records as necessary
- Maintain accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detection
- Proactively monitor shipping supplies and place replenishment orders in a timely manner
- Use MS Excel and other tools to create reports related to inventory status and availability
- Put away stock items in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (including breaking down cardboard/sweeping floor etc.)
- Assist with Kitting of components
- Consistently follow and comply with defined processes and workflows
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and suggest areas for improvement
- Contribute to SOP revisions/process improvement projects

**WE BELIEVE THAT YOU**:

- Have 1-3 Years of experience working in Logistics/Materials Handling, or Shipping and Receiving
- Coachable and able to understand and use workplace feedback as a tool to succeed in this role
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Able to lift and move objects up to 20kg
- Experience in all phases of shipping and receiving environment
- Experience in dealing with Canadian & International Customs Agencies
- Experience in Freight forwarding International & Domestic shipments
- Experience in working with computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, FEDEX, DHL, and UPS
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Writing is well structured, effective in purpose, free of grammatical errors, and succinct
- A “can-do” attitude with a focus on the organization’s mission and core values
