**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Shipping & Receiving Coordinator,** you’ll play a key role coordinating the movement of our Construction Equipment through:

- Overseeing the receipt, storage, retrieval and order fulfillment of equipment and overall organization of the Hub location
- Strategizing the daily planning, staging and efficient organization of serialized equipment and accessories within the facility
- Providing direct oversight and guidance of the Order Fulfillment process and the flow of equipment for customers, branches, and within the Hub
- Receiving inbound shipments, inspecting for any damage to equipment/parts, and returning to appropriate facility location
- Ensuring accurate stock management and computer input for incoming and outgoing equipment/parts, ensuring accurate inventory records
- Ensuring documentation as is accurately completed and checked for all associated outbound and inbound shipments
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate equipment quality and stock levels
- Anticipating product demand, tracking availability, and ensuring equipment is “rental ready”
- Always providing enthusiastic and professional customer service ensuring the resolution of any issues that may arise
- Regular training, coaching, engagement, and development of Associates
- Working closely with the Hub Manager to develop annual plans and strategies for business growth
- Assisting the Hub Manager with coordinating daily activities of Full-Time and Part Time Sales Associates
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE
- General housekeeping duties and facility maintenance, as required
- Completing other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in Rental Equipment, Construction/Heating equipment or similar background
- 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor/team leader environment, preferably within Shipping and Receiving
- Valid external Counterbalance license with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Advanced computer literacy and MS Office Suite experience
- Exceptional communication skills, able effectively able to deal with internal staff and clients
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable with repetitive reaching, lifting, bending, loading and unloading of equipment and parts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- A G Driver’s license with a clean abstract
