**Job Details**:
Position Title: Client Services (AV & Event Support) Coordinator
Status: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Information Technology Services
Campus/Location: Campus/Location: Hybrid work schedule with a mix of on-campus (North/Lakeshore) and work from home
Payband/Hourly Rate Range: Support band I $36.19 (Minimum) to 41.94 (Maximum) / Hourly

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Manager, AV Design, Integration & Support the AV & Event Support Coordinator focuses on Audio-Visual hardware, software and cloud solutions. The incumbent will help implement and support audio-visual equipment, systems and technologies for use in Virtual, On-premise, Hybrid Meetings and Events throughout the entire organization at all campuses. The incumbent will help to maintain quality assurance and best practices while delivering excellence in client service and support.
Key Responsibilities Include:

- Knowledge and experience in planning, coordinating, vendor and equipment selection, design, provisioning and execution of Audio-Visual events
- Working collaboratively with colleagues/peers in Information Technology Services, Capital Development & Facilities as well as vendors and contractors as needed;
- Monitoring, responding to and resolving service requests and escalations;
- Quality assurance of technical designs and specifications, installations, operations and repairs;
- Responding to service requests and complex faults/failures by performing root cause analysis of issues in order to secure effective solutions;
- Guiding and advising Humber staff, clients, contractors and other support teams;
- Documenting, sharing and maintaining a knowledge management solution;
- Inventory, asset and life cycle management;
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with clients and third-parties;
- Staying current with best practices and developing trends within the audio-visual industry, while maintaining relationships in supplier, manufacturing and EDU sectors.

**Skills**
- Proficiency with Windows & OSX operating systems, software & hardware troubleshooting, video conferencing platforms and stage production is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to decipher and follow design plans, business professionalism, technical acumen, customer service, communication with all levels of the organization and being highly organized is required.
