Client Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you play crucial role in the success of the organization. You will leverage your unique talents to provide excellent customer service, collaborate within a team-settings and exemplify our values in your day to day interactions with customers and employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage portfolio of accounts and become a trusted advisor to our clients
- Respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain detailed notes and customer information
- Effectively manage day to day operations for client's projects by liaising with both internal staff and external resources
- Identify opportunities to improve overall customer service experience
- Communicate client requirements, objectives and issues to respective internal team members according to specific requirements
- Perform data entry for various programs as required
- Escalate issues to internal stakeholders
- Master and utilize internal software program for order processing, inventory and freight management
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as may be required to manage/report on activity for client programs
- Co-ordinate/assist in client billings, when applicable
- Assist in Quality Control, when required
- Complete customer service related tasks as required
**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business or related field.
- 1-3 years previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and maintaining databases.
- Experience with CRM preferred.
- Possess an empathetic and nurturing personality in order to relate to customer’s needs.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Bilingual (English and French) would be considered an asset.
