**Résumé du poste**:
Le gestionnaire du développement des affaires génère des revenus accrus par un contact direct avec de nouveaux clients et des clients existants dans la région de la capitale nationale. Une fonction tout aussi importante consiste à développer des relations avec les clients grâce à un engagement continu, afin de devenir un partenaire de confiance et un entrepreneur préféré pour les besoins de restauration de propriétés, tant pour les compagnies d'assurance que pour les courtiers. Une connaissance approfondie de l'assurance et des courtiers est un atout certain.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Travailler avec la direction pour développer et exécuter un plan de vente et de marketing annuel.
- Développer les comptes existants dans la région.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan d'engagement client, comprenant des réunions régulières et une communication avec tous les comptes attribués, tant existants que nouveaux prospects.
- Se tenir informé des évolutions dans l'industrie, y compris les clients et la concurrence.
- Soumettre des rapports de développement des affaires selon les directives de la direction.
- Veiller à ce que les attentes de vos clients attribués soient communiquées au sein de l'organisation et soient satisfaites, voire dépassées.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience dans les réclamations d'assurance dans la région d'Ottawa et de Gatineau
- Capacité de pensée critique pour aligner les services de First Onsite sur les besoins des clients
- Compétences supérieures en gestion de comptes et en vente
- Excellentes compétences en gestion des relations clients, organisation et gestion du temps
- Excellent travail en équipe
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à s'adapter à des demandes multiples et à des priorités changeantes
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale

**Expérience et formation**:

- Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience dans un rôle de vente terrain ou un rôle opérationnel lié
- Connaissance pratique de l'assurance des biens, de la construction ou de la restauration de bâtiments
- Bien réseau dans l'industrie de la gestion des propriétés et des installations et/ou de l'assurance commerciale
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Bilingue en français et en anglais**Position Summary**:
The Business Development Manager generates increased revenue through direct contact with new and existing clients in the National Capital Region. An equally important function is to develop client relationships through continuous engagement to become a trusted partner and preferred contractor for property restoration needs for both insurance companies and brokers**. Extensive Insurance/broker knowledge a definite asset.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior management to develop and execute an Annual Sales and Marketing Plan.
- Grow existing accounts in the region.
- Develop and implement a client engagement plan, which includes regular meetings and communication with all assigned accounts, both existing and new prospects.
- Keep abreast of changes within the industry including customers and competition.
- Submit business development reports at the direction of management.
- Ensure that the expectations of your assigned clients are communicated throughout the organization, and are satisfactorily met and exceeded.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience in insurance claims in the Ottawa and Gatineau area**:

- Critical thinking to align First Onsite services to client needs.
- Superior account management and sales skills
- Strong client relationship, organizational & time management skills
- Excels in a team environment
- Works with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to multiple demands & shifting priorities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills

**Experience and Education**:

- Minimum of five years' work experience in a field sales or related operational role
- A working knowledge of property insurance, building construction or restoration
- Well networked in the property and facility management and/or commercial insurance industry
- Strong knowledge as a user of Microsoft Office Suite
- ** Bilingual in both French and English
