Our guest experience is paramount to the fabric of our business and daily operations, and we are looking for someone who is above and beyond in their ability to represent the luxury guest experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional luxury guest experience with both courtesy as well as proficiency
- Uphold Lincoln Concierge standards
- Build and maintain relationships with our Lincoln guests.
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored and knowledgeable vehicle recommendations.
- Ensure seamless and consistent communication and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Organize courtesy vehicles for clients, as per required Lincoln luxury standards

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years previous experience in advising - experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services would be considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time-management skills and ability to prioritize is a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Desire for personal and professional growth, and continual improvement

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
