Naked and Famous Denim is looking for an ecommerce specialist to join our special team.

We are not a normal denim company and we never will be. Instead of relying on celebrity endorsements and expensive ad campaigns, we devote all of our resources to sourcing the world’s best fabric and turning it into awesome jeans. No advertising, no washes, no pre-distressing, no nonsense. Just excellent denim at a reasonable price. All of our products are proudly cut, made and sewn in Canada. Always have been, always will be.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify platforms, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Work closely with sales and production team to create and schedule product releases and other marketing campaigns.
- Work with our team to create weekly videos, and on-line campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, set up campaigns, optimize daily performance, and provide data-driven reporting.
- Implement and manage technical aspects of SEO campaigns to improve website ranking and visibility in search engines.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in ad assets and descriptions.
- Monitor analytics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on SEO, PPC, and e-commerce industry trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce growth and management space.
- Knowledge and experience in the complete range of e-commerce platforms and processes.
- Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify Plus, Omnisend, and other Shopify related apps.
- Strong vision for achieving growth in all facets of e-commerce including marketing, social media.
- Strong background in Google Analytics for website performance benchmarking, monitoring, and improving (conversion rate, page speed, time on site, cart value, etc.).
- Ability to plan for the future with a willingness and ability to embrace short notice change to accommodate time-sensitive events.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the Denim fashion industry

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
