**What you'll be doing**:

- Work closely with other Marketing Automation Specialists and internal stakeholders to manage and run campaigns to drive business goals
- Support strategic programs across the customer lifecycle (batch sends, drip campaigns etc)
- Manage and develop chat experiences for leads and existing customers on our website using our chat software
- Manage and administer our marketing automation tool stack
- Work with key stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.

**What you need to bring**:
We're a team of 50 people located in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our team is responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Experience with enterprise level ESPs and CRMS (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot Salesforce, etc)
