The **Marketing Automation Specialist** is a technical expert responsible for implementing and evolving marketing automation global initiatives for Lightspeed. They will play a key role in supporting the region's needs and ensuring that strategies are optimized based on provided insights. The team consists of 50 people located in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. They are responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support strategic programs across the customer lifecycle (batch sends, journeys and triggers)
- Launch, develop and manage operational and marketing messages for leads and existing customers on our website (in-app messages) using our chat software (Intercom)
- Be responsible for the management of our marketing automation tools

**Work with key stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.**

**What you need to bring**:

- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automation workflows and triggers with enterprise-level ESPs and CRMs (Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce)
