**ROLE**:
- Assist the content team in the content strategy planning and development, identify and plan new content to be written.
- Control the content quality and its compliance with the brand guidelines and strategy.
- Edit and proofread content written by other non-native English writers.
- Brief and liaise with content producers as required..
- Reporting to Marketing Team Lead, and have frequent interactions with Product Managers, Marketing Designers, Performance & Content Specialists.

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.
**How you will know you are kicking ass**:
- Quantitative KPIs: required content is delivered within deadlines and doesn't block projects. Examples include blog content calendar, social media calendar, landing pages and website updates calendar, marketing campaigns calendar.
- Qualitative KPIs: examples include growing landing page conversion rates, engagement & conversion metrics on social media & in ads, etc.
- Created content Educates, Engages, Inspires.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation
- Proven record of successfully delivering content across different channels and formats.
- Content creating experience for ecommerce, B2B and/or SaaS as a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, AI tools as a plus.

- Ability to write and produce 10X content that stands out.
- Ability to explain complex things in simple, engaging words.
- Editing/proofreading skills with a lot of attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze content performance and optimize it based on data evidence.
- Ability to prioritise day to day tasks.
- Have an open mindset about seeking improvement and feedback.
- Ability to anticipate, recognize and solve problems.
- Excellent spoken and written English & sense of humour.
