**About Us**

Big Time Watches, Montreal's favorite authorized watch dealer, is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help expand our presence in the digital marketplace

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Shopify Specialist** to manage and optimize our online stores across multiple platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and maintain existing e-commerce platforms (**Shopify, Amazon**), ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Set up and optimize new sales channels (**Ebay, Etsy, etc.**) to expand our digital footprint.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across multiple platforms.
- Analyze data and track performance metrics to improve conversions and sales.
- Implement and monitor **SEO strategies** to maximize organic reach.
- Execute social media campaigns on **Instagram, TikTok**, and other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience in e-commerce** management, mainly with **Shopify**but additionally with **Amazon**and other sales channels like **Ebay, Etsy, etc.**.
- Knowledge of **SEO, digital marketing, and social media advertising**.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office and Excel**.
- **Fluent in French and English** (written and verbal communication).
- Highly **organized**, detail-oriented, and able to **multi-task** while managing deadlines.
- **Critical thinker** and problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
