We are seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing digital visibility, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. By optimizing product performance, implementing SEO/SEA strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll play a key role in boosting our e-commerce success and brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **E-Commerce Catalog Management**: Oversee and optimize the online catalog, ensuring that product information is accurate and merchandise is presented effectively.
- **SEO & Paid Acquisition Strategies**: Implement SEO and paid search strategies to drive traffic and increase visibility across all digital channels.
- **Product Performance Analysis**: Monitor product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve sales and customer engagement.
- **User Experience & Website Quality Control**: Ensure that the website delivers a seamless shopping experience. Monitor user flow, conduct quality control checks, and ensure content and design meet brand standards.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce initiatives with broader campaigns, ensuring alignment in digital marketing efforts.
- **Conversion Optimization**: Regularly analyze conversion rates and propose actionable improvements to enhance the online sales funnel and boost conversions.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- E-Commerce conversion rate
- Performance of product categories (sales, engagement, etc.)
- SEO ranking and click-through rate (CTR)
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEA and experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with user experience best practices and web development processes is a plus
