We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Accounts Payable Representative to join our finance team in Langley. This position is expected to last 14 months.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing timely and accurate payment of accounts payable invoices, while ensuring all documentation is approved by authorized personnel in accordance with company policy. Participating as a member of a strong cohesive team, this role involves handling confidential information and supporting a variety of tasks in order to achieve tight deadlines.- You will be responsible for:

- Utilizing internal systems to review resources for resolving queries
- Processing a variety of types of Accounts Payable invoices both retail and internal stakeholders.
- Utilizing internal systems to review resources for resolving queries
- Perform batch edits to ensure accuracy of invoices processed.
- Providing customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.- You have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Proficient and proven keyboarding (minimum 50 WPM).
- Previous office or Accounts Payable experience would be considered an asset.
- Retail experience would be considered an asset.- You are:

- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Trustworthy with a high level of integrity.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
