RKM Services Ltd. is looking to hire an Accounts Payable clerk in our Langley, BC branch to help support our field administration. This role can compliment someone looking to continue their education in pursuit of a degree, designation, or specialty schooling but also will just help get your feet wet on the accounting experience in a midsize company. The role reports directly our lead accountant and this individual will work with a variety of people internally and externally like senior management, field level personnel, vendors, and multiple companies. We have also designed this role with a support function in assisting the main payroll group for a portion of the week allowing you to get experience in multiple areas of accounting.

While working within this role the individual will perform a variety of tasks like:

- Vendor Management
- Invoice Approval/Coding,
- Purchase Order Processing
- AP Sorting/Verification/Filing
- Minor F/X exposure
- Sales Tax Audits/Reviews
- Payroll Assistance (Entry / Proofing)
- Customer Service
- Job Costing (Reporting / Entry / Reconciliation / Billing)
- Reporting (Union’s / Management / Supervisors)
- Working with staff in other sections of the businesses
- Payment Scheduling

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
