We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.
- This position is temporary and expected to last 18 months._

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing timely and accurate payment of accounts payable invoices, while ensuring all documentation is approved by authorized personnel in accordance with company policy. Participating as a member of a strong cohesive team, this role involves handing confidential information and supporting a variety of tasks to achieve tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

- Entering a high volume of mixed type of invoices that may include - Inventory, Expense,
PO matching or coding Supply invoices.
- Supporting other teams within Accounts Payable to meet weekly deadlines.
- Reviewing batches of invoices to ensure accuracy and eliminating opportunity for errors.
- Other Accounts Payable duties as required.

You have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Proficient keyboarding skills with a minimum of 50 WPM.
- Previous office or Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset.
- Retail experience is considered an asset.

Compensation Details:
$42,000.00 - $52,500.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
